The Versatile Spin 5 by Acer

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Spin 5, a versatile laptop by Acer.

The Spin 5 is a 13-inch laptop with a unique design; it folds back on itself and converts into a tablet, giving you lots of creative options for using it. In the images below, you can see how it is a traditional laptop in the first image and then a tablet in the next image.

During my time with the Spin 5, I took it on a few camping trips to try it out and see what I could accomplish with it.

I used it to edit some photos as well as play movies. Its flexible body made for some creative movie-watching options (see image below).

The touchscreen made working and reviewing photos easy, since I could quickly click different photos and easily make adjustments.

Technical specs of the Spin 5 I used:

Windows 10 Home

Intel® Core™ i5-8250U processor

1.60 GHz; quad-core

13.3" IPS screen with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 16:9 display

Intel® UHD Graphics 620 with DDR4 shared graphics memory

8 GB DDR4 SDRAM

256 GB SSD

Thanks for taking the time to look through this blog post and read about my experience with the Spin 5
