Summer is the perfect time to head outdoors with your friends and family. So with the beautiful weather we've been having here in Seattle, I decided to spend an afternoon in a park near my house with friends and family. I recently had the opportunity to try out the Spin 5, a versatile laptop by Acer.

The Spin 5 is a 13-inch laptop with a unique design; it folds back on itself and converts into a tablet, giving you lots of creative options for using it. In the images below, you can see how it is a traditional laptop in the first image and then a tablet in the next image.

The Swift 7 by Acer is the world's thinnest computer so I figured a trip to New Zealand would be the perfect place to test it out. I spent a week running around the country with this laptop in my bag. I took it everywhere: planes, car rides, cafes, and even a few mountaintops.
